This week's theory about Studio 60
Simon? Totally gay. No seriously, hear me out.
-In Episode 3, about ten minutes in, they're working on the pitch for the joke in the news about the school that cancels it's production of the Crucible, and his suggestion for 'other plays that were considered and discarded is:
"A staged adaptation of the film 'Astroglide Asses' for it's depiction of homosexuals sodomizing each other on Crystal Meth."
- A very fetching pink shirt (okay, okay, this one doesn't really count, but I had to throw that one in just for stereotypicallity).
- A hot blonde girl who's so hot I think she's hot, (in a stereotypically hot way) and I'm straight, the last time I checked, hits on him, and he walks the other way, and fixes up cute-wee-geek-boy with her.
- Yale School of Drama ... 'nuff said *snicker*
Seriously, man... do the math, and I think that's the way they're going with this character, even without invoking slash goggles. I patiently await my being proved right, or being proved wrong.
(And just for saying, I haven't seen anyone else's predictions on this, just me and the AH talking after watching the ep last night--gotta love living in Canada and getting it a day early.)
