darknight999 did her lil lip wobbly thing that she does so very, very well, and she conned convinced me to write a challenge fic with her... ‘just this one time, just this one challenge, you can do it, won’t ever make you do it again’.
Liar.
Fic spawned a sequel, which couldn’t be wrapped up in just one more part and became a six-part fic, and then we did another one, and now we can’t stop OMG! And I’m having ever so much fun doing it, and I lovedarknight999 and I’m so glad she made me do it, except I’ll never admit it- ack- people can read the strikeout’s OMG I just did admit it!! I just want everyone to know that blame or praise, it’s all darknight999’s fault! *snugs*.

Better than any high: [Marton/Orlando]
Orlando and Marton during the filming of ‘Kingdom of Heaven’, flashing back to ‘The Lord of the Rings’, then going back forward to ‘Kingdom of Heaven’ again. Has Marton/Orlando, Viggo, Craig, angst, humour, fun for the whole family... except in a fairly NC17 way. Is currently posted up to Chapter 16 indarknight999’s journal, updated daily, and previous chapters can be found in my memories here.

Watching the Game: [Harry Sinclair/Karl Urban]
One shot PWP, kinky, but not really “kink”. Harry’s watching the game and Karl drops by to distract him.
“So you gonna invite me in, offer me a beer, shag me senseless? Hmm?"
"Mmm... I dunno. I was watching the game, and you did drop by kind of sudden," Harry sighed, adjusting his pants discretely and looking longingly back towards the TV. This was going to be fun.
The Other Side of Want: [Viggo/Orlando]
The poetry arc. Orlando is selfish, Viggo becomes tired of being at his beck and call. And Dennis Hopper (in a strictly pants-on capacity) tries to knock both of their heads together, while pointing and laughing at them as much as possible.
”I didn't set out to be this person. I didn't lay awake in the safe haven of my childhood and dream of becoming someone that you didn't need.”
Nobody’s Quite Like You: [Viggo/Karl]
The tattoo arc. This time, Viggo’s the one who’s clueless, Karl’s being self sacrificing, and no one is bothering to actually communicate (shock). The fic that started our whole Dennis... thing- again, in a strictly pants-on way... because COME ON!
Viggo gasped in surprise, letting Karl take over the kiss completely, his hands clutching at Karl's shoulders, trying to keep himself from sliding down the wall. Oh my god, I am so fucking confused... I'm not sure how much I care right now, but still.
So... there you go! The comprehensive Jay/Jess experience! Oh- except for the one more. The whole reason Jess knew that she had a shot in the first place at talking me into the tattoo challenge was that back last year we participated in the LOTRiPS wedding ficathon, which at the time I swore up and down was a one time thing *rolls eyes at self*.
