My personal canon:

Hardison: He's considered going legit. More than once. More than a couple of times, actually. But... the internet is THERE and it's SHINY and there's all this information and it's like, 'read me, read me, use me, take me, I can show you things, I can take you places, don't you WANT me?' And he's just not up for the battle.

Nate: He doesn't want to quit drinking. It's not that he can't, although it wouldn't be easy to do it. But he doesn't want to. At all. Because he still likes it way, way too much. He knows he's addicted, but there's an really strong aspect of him not WANTING to stop going on.

Parker: She needs the team now. She doesn't really realize it, but she does. She needs their support, and she needs them to look after her. She needs their love.

Eliot: He'll live off military rations (those MRE things) before he'll eat a bagged salad.

Sophie: Every single time she's bitched about the food in the south, she's ended up back at her room, ordering chicken fried steak or three kind of ribs out of morbid curiousity... and ordering seconds.

Fanon:

Hardison: He wants Parker. He's in lust with Eliot. And sometimes, he really doesn't like Nate.

Nate: His wedding ring is always on him. Always.

Parker: She's killed more people (combat (ie: war) situations don't count) than Eliot.

Eliot: He loves all of them. And if he's ever called on it, no one will ever find the body.

Sophie: She doesn't actually want Nate.
